Assess risk - Lead - high risk screening 15, 18, 24 months

Evaluate sexual activity, high risk - test for STDs, including chlamydia annually 13-18 years
Rubella screening - pregnant females biannually 13-18 years
Pap smear exam - if sexually active annually 13-18 years
Urinalysis - first morning specimen biannually 13-18 years
